WHY BRIGHT LINE EATING (BLE)?
Simply put, because it works!
The providers at the Alpine Clinic regularly recommend the Bright Line Eating (BLE) program that was developed by Dr. Susan Pierce Thompson, Ph.D. This program is administered through online resources, a book (called Bright Line Eating), and through our clinic via health coaching and support group.
