Dr. Farley-Jones and Dr. Gardner are both certified nutritionist through the Certification Board of Nutrition Specialist. Food is at the heart of building heath. Our basic philosophy is that we should eat food as it is grown and produced naturally on the earth, in other words: REAL FOOD. Our hugely expanded “food industry,” which gives us more variations each year of an assortment of chemicals masquerading as food, is not helping us to build health.
Each of the medical providers at the clinic help our patients to find the best healing food plan for each individual condition. This is most important in supporting healing. Often nutritional supplements may be needed or recommended as well, but real food is primary. We always strive to make sure nutritional needs are met and irritating foods are avoided.
